Refund policy

At VendorNest, we offer a mix of physical lifestyle goods and digital business resources. Because of the different nature of these items, our policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products (Vendor Lists)

Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of our digital content, all sales of Vendor Lists and Digital Blueprints are final. Once the digital file has been sent or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Physical Products (Online Shop Items) We want you to love your purchase! For physical items, we offer 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right immediately.
